Pilates for Peri-Menopause and Menopause

As we age, our bodies change. During menopause and perimenopause, it is vital to maintain an active lifestyle. Practising Pilates may help prevent muscle loss, which can lead to a loss of bone density.  Pilates is a great way to feel good and stay strong during this transitional time.
